Growing White Clovers From Seeds

Question
Hi Tom, I went outside and picked some white clover flowers to see if I could get some seeds from them and try to grow them inside and start my very own white clover plant, but Im not sure what the seeds look like or how to grow them, It would help if I had a picture of the seed but I cant find one online. Please Help, Thank You

Answer
Hi Blake,
Thanx for your question.  Here is a link to a picture of the seeds and seedlings of Prairie white clover.

Simply sprinkle the seed over some potting soil and lightly cover.  Keep moist but not soggy.  Germination takes about a week.  Place the growing container in the shade for 10 days before transplanting in full sun.  I hope this helps.
Tom
