We live in Northwest Louisiana. Out Windmill Plams have seeds. When and how does one plant these seeds to propagate these? Any other advice on planting these windmill Palms is sought.

The windmill palm seeds need to drop off on their own, then they will be viable and you can plant them; a small percent should germinate for you. Keep your palm fertilized with a well balanced palm fertilizer (all the micro nutrients included) 3 times a year and you should be fine. Nick
