Question
my neighbor just recently planted 3 sea grape trees.  each approximately 5 feet from our hollow tile wall.  will their root systems disturb/crack the wall?

Hi Francine, I will tell you that any large tree will have the potential to damage structures close to it with its roots, some are worse then others; Contact a local licensed Arborist and run the question by him, for his expertise on trees far outpaces mine when it comes to particulars like this, especially serious implications like damage from roots...
