I live in northern Minnesota and I have a large pine tree in my yard and at the base it is infested with an ant colony. How do I get the ants out before they kill my tree?

Answer
Buy some Amdro ant bait and spread it around the base of the tree, the ants will pick it up and take it back to the ant hill and feed it to the other ants and queen and destroy the ants. It is not the fastest control but is the longest lasting. Usually takes about a week to control a hill.
