weeping cherry problem

Question
I have 3 weeping cherries in my yard 2 of them are beautiful the third one is sick.
The bark on the tree is dry and peeling off it is also  behind the other trees with its bloom the good trees have their leaves the sick tree still has its flowers and is just starting to get its leaves it is not as thick as it us to be with leaves as well.
The tree is 15 years old and I need your expert advise on how to treat it please give me the solution to my problem.
Thanks

Answer
Sounds like it is a borer problem --an insect that will bore into the tree trunk weakening the tree. I would treat the tree with Bayer Advanced tree and Shrub Insect control. This insecticide is applied to the soil around the tree and the roots will carry it to the trunk and branches. Check with your local nursery fro this product. here is a web link to more information on this product.
