Question
I have four of them that our 7 years old.They have all bloomed in the past years.This year two are beginning to have leaves on them and the other two have no leaves.They were fertilzed in the spring and pruned a little.I see new growth on the top of all bushes.

This type of problem could be due to several conditions, soil contamination, insect activity or disease problems. I would recommend calling a tree care company to inspect the area and take soil samples for a positive diagnosis.
