Question
The council recently stole my garden by mistake! The only thing that they'll really have trouble replacing is my rose bush. It was planted over 10 years ago, and I bought it because I loved it.  It is,well was, a deep velvety red, the outer petals almost black when fully open, and the most intense and beautiful fragrance I have ever known.It only flowered a few at a time, but it would give me those few every week from May to November.Please help, I'm distraught!
