over-fertilizing roses

Question
hi, I think I may have messed up and need help to fix it. I have recently built a flower bed and planted a total of nine roses of different types and kinds. I went to Tyler to get some plants and the next day planted them and now I see the tips of them turning brown, liked they are burnt. I used cow manure and a 2 in 1 systemic type fertilizer/pest prevention type product that protects the plant for 6 wks. I am worried that with the cow manure and this product I may have over done it. I am preparred to dig them all up and add whatever to remedy the problem if I knew what to add or what to do or whatever. will you please help me save these 9 roses. I am just starting out in this hobby and would like to continue to see the results of what beauty they can share. Please help a beginner rose lover.
thanks sew much.

Answer
Can you tell me what the bag of '2 in 1 systemic type fertilizer etc etc' says it is called, Beverly?

Meantime, remove the Roses you planted and pot in fresh soil asap.  If you can do this in the dark at night, do it.  The sooner the better.

Meantime I will review your note and come up with a few answers.  rsvp!
