Grafting wild roses

Question
I wish to graft a red tea rose onto a wild rose to increase to number and frequency of blooms.  How do I do this?

Answer
Sounds like a nice idea but it can't be done. Usually when they graft a rose, it is a hybrid tea onto another equally vigorous rose. The wild rose won't give you more roses. Even if you could graft it onto your red hybrid tea one, it would make the red hybrid tea grow very poorly and the flowers would not be the same but could even could be semi double.
