I have some white fuzz on my rose buds.  Do you know what it is and what I can do about it?

Spring weather can often cause mildew to grow on a rose. If you leave it on the rose then it will distort the leaves and damage the flower buds and also the flowers. If it isn't severe use 1 tablespoon of baking soda to 1 quart of water daily until there is no more sign of it.
