no roses buds

Question
I have a white rose plant,i have noticed that for the second year that i dont see any rose's buds, only leaves,i wonder why.

Answer
This may be normal for  your rose as it may only be a rose that blooms once. If not then try  some tomato fertilizer as this contains a high amount of phosphorous, something a rose needs to make flowers. Just follow the instructions for a mature tomato pant and only give it to the rose one time.
