Question about yellowing leaves

Question
I bought a Blaze Climbing Rose 6 days ago.  I haven't been able to plant it as we have intermittent thunder storms and if it isn't raining it is overcast.  There are many blooms already on the climber and the longest growth is about 2 1/2 - 3 feet tall. It has around 4 or 5 other stems besides the larger one. The leaves around the bottom have started turning yellow and falling off.  Am I going to have problems or worse, lose it?  What do I need to do?
Thank you.

Answer
Your climber won't die, it is just getting even with you for leaving it in a pot. Once a rose starts to get going, it hates being in a small area so the quicker you can get it into the garden the better it will feel. The leaves may continue for a few days to fall off after you have planted it, but once it settles in, there will be no problems.
