hibiscus blooms

Question
Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. I'm in FL also, west coast, north
of Tampa in a little town called Floral City. This is my first
experience in growing plants and a lawn at this new house, so I
have a lot to learn. I couldn't get the link I sent you before to
work, so I've posted my own photo of it on my photo page:
http://photos.yahoo.com/pamkingphotography if you can
identify it from that. The Miracle Grow we've been using is
24-8-16, so maybe that has been the problem. It gets lots of
light, especially in the afternoon and we water it often.

Anyway, thanks for your advise. I tried to post to the other
question but couldn't get it to work.

Really appreciate the time and caring.

Pam

Answer
Sorry, Pam, but I am having the darndest time getting that website to open with this computer.

I am not ignoring you but you have no way of knowing that.

A neighbor here has a computer that I can use.  I am just trying to get us both in the neighborhood at the same time to get to this question.  I would like to see your photos.  One picture is worth a thousand words.

24-8-16 by the way is the perfect formula for minimal fowers on any plant.  The middle number is the flowers/roots booster.  I probably mentioned that already but don't have access to the page right now.  At best, this formula will delay flowers.  Go for the bone meal and superphosphate/triple phosphate.  Those are perfect flower vitamins.
