Hi, I have had the same hibscus for 2 years. I had let someone cut it back for me, but since then I am am unable to have leaves. I have plenty of flowers that bloom, currently I have 23 buds, what can I do to have it full of leaves?

Thanx for your question.  Is the hibiscus tropical or is it a deciduous hibiscus?  When was the bush cut back and how far back was it cut?  There are no leaves on it at all?  Please post a follow up with the answers to these questions and I'll see what I can do.
