Hi Judy,
Thanx for the question and the pic too.  I don't think there is anything wrong with your lenten rose.  The larger plant appears to be going into dormancy, the smaller one will follow.  They'll come back up early this spring.  This is normal.  It's like with daffodils and tulips.  Once the blooming has ended and the leaves have stored sufficient energy from the sun the plant shrivels and disappears only to reappear in the spring.  I hope this helps.
