Question
Hello Will.

My question to you is that l have an"Unbrella Plant"which l have had now for two years and it seems to be growing wonderfully. It is about 2ft 6inch tall with lots of new growth. My problem being is that l have noticed on the new leaves that are appearing that their are tiny brown spots almost like rust spots.I have just recently repotted this plant. The plant is situated at the moment on the outside of the window. As l live in Spain it gets plenty of good sunlight during the morning but in the afternoon sun  when it becomes very hot it is shadded.I have been feeding this plant once a month and watering almost every night since the weather has become warmer. Please can you provide any information on this problem.

Thanks.Alex.

Answer
Hi Alex,

Are the spots slightly raised bumps that scratch off with your fingernail or are they spots within the structure of the leaf itself?

Better yet, can you email a photo to me at [email protected]?

Please include this correspondence with the photo.

Regards,
Will Creed
