Cactus gardens in SW Florida

Question
Hi Darlene,
I live in Punta Gorda and have had some surprising luck in growing beautiful cacti and succulents outside.  Some are now flowering!  I'm wondering, do you know of any cacti-oriented club down here to share info on these types of plants and how to best do a "desert landscape" in Florida?  If there are no such clubs... wanna start one?!?
Sharyn

Answer
