Question
I am in Clearwater, Florida and desperately searching for anything that blooms in our heat. My Plumeria tree (in the ground) is exquisite! I like the Hoya Plant (Imperial) and am wondering if it would handle the Florida climate. Please advise.

Also, any other suggestions what I might plant here in the heat. The greenery is lovely here but I crave COLOR!
