I received a palm ree plant after my mother's funeral. It is about 5 feet tall. I need to replant it due to being in a very small pot. Is miracle grow soil a good one to use to replant?? Thanks

Hi Judy,

There are many different types of Palm plants and many that are mistakenly called Palms, but are not. All of these have different care requirements, so you need to identify your plant more specifically before I or anyone else can properly help you.

You can either post a photo on this site or email a photo to me at [email protected].

I the interim, do NOT replant it. Newly acquired plants should never be repotted because they are already stressed trying to adjust to their new environment.
