2nd sundew

Question
i purchased a 2nd sundew cuz i was bored about 2 weeks ago
or somethin. When i bought it it wasnt doing so well, but i
felt bad and thought i could save it. ive replanted it
using all the requirements..proper soil mix and distilled
water etc etc..so i pinched off all the dead leaves that
were brown and wilting. It looks like its the same age as
my other sundew (the base is the same size). the base is
still green. Will it survive? i wish i could get a pic of
it but i dotn have my camera with me.

Answer
Hi Matthew,

Only time will tell.  I can't predict whether your plant will survive or not.  A lot of it depends on its health from the time you got it, and only you can make the determination.  If you follow your recommendations as outlined on our care sheets (http://www.cobraplant.com/caresheets), then you'll have a higher probability of success.  For now, you just need to give your plant time to recover.  You'll generally know within a week.  After that, give your plant 2-3 months before it looks normal and healthy again.

Good growing!
