Fairy-castle bloom

Question
I was just wondering if there was anyway to make my fairy-castle cactus bloom again. I've had this plant for a year and a half, it's doubled in height, and the straw flowers grew into eachother inside the 3 main towers. Now that its twice as tall, I'd like to get more flowers to grow, if this is even possible.

Answer
Andrew,

The straw flowers are not real flowers, just ones that are glued onto the plant. Your particular plant will flower, but it must get several feet tall before it does. Unfortunately, there is no way to force it to flower before it is mature enough. Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Greg
