Meyer lemon and Dwarf Naval Orange

Question
We noticed spidery webs on both and sprayed with "Neem" an organic natural insecticide.  It seemed to work, no more webs.  Now about 2 weeks later we see green aphid looking bugs on the undersides of the leaves. There are also tiny little flying bugs that we've caught a few with sticky sticks put in the soil.  FYI: we have successful full fruit off of the lemon tree.  It is currently budding with new flowers and fruit.  We recently pruned both trees.  Any help in determining where the new bugs came from, how to get rid of them, and what they are would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Guy Stewart

Answer
Guy:
These little pest may come from a variety of sources. They can merely fly to your tree from another plant (this can be many different types of plants too!)or blown in on the wind. The Neem products are good as well as Insecticidal Soaps such as Safer Insecticidal Soap.  Be sure to cover the entire tree, especially on new tender growth and also on the undersides of the leaves where many "critters" hide out. If your tree is in a pot, be sure to not overwater the soil, this can lead to a variety of problems.

Happy Holidays!
