White fuzzy bugs in lemon tree

Question
What can I use to get rid of a white fuzzy bug that is mostly attached to the
underside of the leaves on my outside lemon tree. Some of them are also on the
trunk of the tree. They are white and when squished they are a reddish orange.

Answer
Hi Susan, You have mealy bugs on your citrus.  You can rid them with an insecticidal soap.  You can use Atomic Grow which is an organic soap but has the ability to raise the brix in the plant which also makes your plant healthy to fight off all the problems that citrus seem to attract.  Kathy
