I have an oak that has the brown fuzzy spots all over it...what can I do and is this going to kill my tree.  It is about 10-15 ft tall, several years old

Where are these fuzzy spots located- leaves, bark etc? Are they flat or rounded?  If you could send me a picture that could be helpful. Be sure to review the image on your computer first- to be sure it is crisp and in focus before sending.
