IS IT ADVISABLE TO USE PRODUCTS SUCH AS COTTONSEED MEAL, CORN MEAL, AND ANIMAL FEED ON MY LAWN?  

Answer
It depends if you want it to be organic or not, if you have pets or not, and if you care if it gets into the food chain via insects, worms, birds, pets, etc.  Cottonseed meal is really high in pesticide residues, and corn meal is probably genetically altered as well as high in pesticides, and I don't know what animal feed could be used on a lawn.
