What kind of sod? Winston salem NC, 27106

Question
I have 2 oak trees in my yard that have dropped a lot of acid into the soil over time. I bought my house from a person who did not take the best care of the lawn. There are areas that need to be replaced with sod. What type of sod would be recommended? Thick clay type soil in most of the yard. Most of the that i am looking to sod is full sun (front of yard is a slope and next to the asphalt driveway). I have been using lime to attempt to get the PH back in line. I need something that will work in poor soil, drought resistant and cold resistant (the joys of the Piedmont region of NC) and will not break the bank!! I believe that i will need roughly 330 square feet to get started. Any help on the type of sod would be greatly appreciated!! Live in Winston Salem NC, 27106
