Covering a retaining brick wall

Question
I have a really ugly retaining brick wall approx 2' high and 90' long around out patio which I would like to cover.  Painting is not an option due to the damp from the soil behind.  Could you give me an suggestions as to what I could cover/hide the wall which would not be overly expensive.  Thank you.

Answer
Stucco. Pressure wash the brick and scrub all mold and mildew off. Use lots of bleach. Then buy some masonry mortar or stucco mix and apply a scratch coat (rough coat) on the brick. Then after it dries you can add a second or third layer with a finish of your choosing.
Google "Stucco finishing" in quotes like I typed to learn more.
Best of Luck
