Should my retaining wall made from versa-lok mosaic stones seep water?

Answer
Yes and no, if done correctly and perfectly it should not seep water under normal circumstances. That means if it was built with proper gravel backfill and french drain at the bottom to carry water out. However, if the gravel was contaminated with soil or there is no drain pipe at the bottom or it is clogged then water may may it to the back of the wall and start seeping through. Its fairly common to see this.
