Question
the water meter at the street is housed in a concrete case.
this case appears to be sinking. Does the water line run UNDER the case?  or does it run through a hole in the case?

Hi Mike, Thanks for using this service and I'm happy to answer your question. It could go either way but more than likely it runs through the side. I've come across both. I'm not sure if where you are the city is responsible for that or not but I would take care of it soon. Whether or not it runs through the side or under, too much pressure on the pipe could cause it to break and that would make a bad problem worse. Hope this helps!
