I have a underground sprinkler head that is leaking water continually. Any suggestions?

This usually means that the valve is not closing all the way, or has damaged components inside.  With the water turned off, dissassemble the valve, and inspect all the components.  If the diaphragm is dirty clean it, if torn replace it.  Then reassemble the valve and try it out.
