Depends on what you're calling a "berry".  If you're talking about something similar to a raspberry that you can eat, then no, it doesn't make a berry.

But poison ivy can make a fruit, that is actually a berry, but it is a very loose cluster of single round, red fruits, the size of BB's and never any kind of spines or stickers.
