can you freeze green beans out of the guarden if u blanch them first

Absolutely!  And they taste almost fresh when they are cooked.  Most cookbooks give a reference for the length of time to boil for blanching veges.  Then in a freezer bag and that's it.  It's quite simple and they are delicious.
