Flower arranging in large vase

Question
I received a glass Tiffany Vase as a retirement gift.  It is 13" tall with 12" height inside.  It is 7" wide at the brim. I want to put it on my dining room table with a life like artificial arrangement; but want it to be simple and classy. I love Calla Lilly but what would I fill the vase base with?

Answer
This is a question I get all the time!  First of all its my opinion
that I would require the arrangement look as natural as possible.
There is a clear solution you can pour in and (wally world) its used to hold flowers but I would never put this in a Tif vase.  You can purchase clear faux "ice" from a florist shop (we carry them) and use it to secure the flowers. Its pricey but well worth it!  The reason we use the ice is because its a higher grade of substance and reflects the colors more than marbles. Fresh is inexpensive when you
teach yourself what to buy.

The best answer here is:

Keep fresh flowers on your table.
                 You deserve it.................
and so does that Tiffany vase~
