liquid and pelleted fertilizers

Question
can you help me by telling me the advantages and disadvantages of using liquid and pelleted fertilizers??
thanks.

Answer
By 'pelleted' fertilizers, I assume you mean slow-release encapsulated fertilizers.  Please correct me, Micayla, if I got that wrong!

Liquid Fertilizer can be Organic (Fish Emulsion, Compost Tea) or Inorganic (any commercially prepared liquid plant food).

Pelleted Fertilizer being slow-release can also be Organic or Inorganic.

The first thought most people would have would be that any Liquid Fertilizer would 'obviously' be leached from the soil quicker and nt provide the long-term nutrition of a dry or pelletized Fertilizer.

But I think the truth is, it does not matter whether you use a Liquid or a Dry or Pelletized Fertilizer.  The real key is what they are made of.

Organic Fertilizer generates a population explosion of microbes in the garden.  It doesn't matter if it's liquid or dry.  The main concern is whether it is organic or chemical.
