patio tomatoes

Question
Our patio tomatoes started off great, but now the leaves are starting to turn yellow and we haven't had any new buds or tomatoes.  The tomatoes that were growing seem to be in a rut - not growing bigger and not dying.  We live outside of Las Vegas, NV - desert climate.  The soil is great and they receive sun starting around 1:00 in the afternoon.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Darlene, Tomatoes will not form if the temps exceed 90 degrees, this could be the problem; the yellowing leaves sound like something in the soil is effecting the plant itself, its not too much water for they love irrigation. Try changing out the  soil and prune the plant back to stimulate new, healthy growth. Nick
