Hello,

Do you know of a way of growing ginseng indoors or in a greenhouse either seeds or rootlets? Do you know of any reference material?

Hello Art,

Thanx for your question.  I do not have any resources for growing ginseng indoors.  This is not to say that it could not be done however, one must consider that ginseng is a root and would require deep pots.  It also relies on the seasons and requires a cold/dormant period in order to reproduce and grow robustly.  

I suppose you could experiment with a few roots and leave them in pots in the garage for the winter.
