Question
How and give me details on how to propragate a hydrangea and when and how to prune a hyrangea.  Also when can I move a small hydrangea bush that is getting too much sun.  I live in North Carolina.

Hi Julie,
Thanx for your question.  Do you know what kind of hydrangea you have?  In general, prune the hydrangea right after blooming but don't prune too much.  If you prune to late after blooming you risk cutting off buds for next year's blooms but let me know what kind you have, there are exceptions.  You can move the small hydrangea bush now or wait until early fall..  I hope this helps.
