Is a plant light a grow light? I'm curious because I have got a plant light to help getting seeds started indoors.

Answer
Yes it is. The most common are fluorescent bulbs that emulate the sun's rays. Grow lights should be stationed 3" above the plant and left on for 10 hours per day. They can be found at most home improvement stores as well as nurseries and garden centers.
