I'm dong a science fair project on whether plants can grow faster with a 1 sec. electric shock 5 sec. or 10 sec. but I was wondering What plants can I grow indoors in two months in winter?

If you have a very bright window or plant lights, you can grow some annual flowers such as sunflower (dwarf), baby's breath, cosmos (low-growing), marigolds or pot marigolds; you could also try lettuce and radishes (the latter grow in 30+ days and need a deep container).
