Liquid Amber Tree (Sweet Gum?)

Question
I am looking for a tree of this variety that does not have the pods.  I have been led to believe these are available.  I don't know what to ask for or where to go to obtain a tree.  I would like to have a nursery in Santa Ana near Euclid and Edinger if possible.  Is there any special care for a tree of this nature?
Thnx

Answer
The tree you are seeking is called Liquidambar styraciflua 'Rotundiloba'
Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun. It does not take any special care to grow this tree.
I do not know any nurseries in that area but Nurseries in CA should handle this species.
