I live upstate NY, zone 5 I am looking for the most black spot resistent climbing rose.

    I think the most wonderful climber i have/sell is Zephrine Drouhin.......it is a antique climber, very vigorous, blooms extravagantly, is very little work (black spot-wise).  The blooms are a clear bright pink (you did not specify color?)  Then, i guess the second favorite would be lace cascade.......a generous white climber with clusters of white roses, low maintenance,etc.
