Mammoth Elephant Ears

Question
I purchased 5 Super Mammoth Elephant Ears bulbs and the directions that came with it only say to plant blunt end down.  I give up.  Which is the blunt end? One end appears to be cut off straight across the top and the other end has continuous circles the progressively get smaller as it get closer to THAT end.  Which end goes down?  The bulb is the size of an orange. I am at my wits end trying to find info on how to correctly plant these?  Please, I am nearly begging, would you please help? I will take any OTHER information on how to properly propagate these into gorgeous talk of the neighborhood plants.

Thank you in advance.  I truly appreciate ANY info you can pass on.

Greatly thankful,

Answer
Hi Anna,
Thanx for your question.  The end with the continuous circles is the bottom.  The end that appears to be cut off straight across the top is the top.  Many have what looks like a small, dime-sized of smaller "nipple" or bumb coming out of the middle.  Plant the bulb about 5 or 6y inches deep and keep it well-watered.  Wait to plant after the soil has warmed up.  In your area after May 1.  Check ou the URL I have included.  I hope this helps.
Tom
