Question
I live in Northern Virginia with a bricked-in patio facing NE.    The right wall gets late afternoon sun for 2-4 hrs in the summer.  I would love some flowering plants.  Can begonias tolerate the late sun?  I have done Impatiens in the past, but unless I water them constantly, they wilt mid summer in the heat.  Any other suggestions?

Begonias are out, but last year I saw partial sun Impatiens at Home Depot-didn't try them but...

Petunias, assylum, tall phlox,bee balm, balloon flower...
