Light Requirements for Nepenthes ventrata, ventricosa, and ramispina in Seattle

Question

How much direct sun do N. ventrata, N. ventricosa, N. ramispina need? I give bright light all day, mist 3-4 times, have east/south windows (sun until 3-4 pm), humidity 50-65%, temps 70-85°F (up to high 80s). Suggest 2-3 more species for these conditions.

Place in any window with 3-4 hours direct sun plus ambient light. Supplement with 40W cool white/daylight fluorescents (6000-12000 lumens) if pitchers/coloration lag. Nepenthes are partial-light plants—morning/afternoon direct sun, dappled light all day. They need strong light but far less than Venus flytraps. Consistent pitchers and normal coloration indicate success.

Try N. sanguinea and N. truncata—both thrive in similar conditions. My N. sanguinea (2+ years) is outgrowing its space.
