Are Angel wing begonias a larger variety of begonias and can they be grown in full sun?

Thanx for your question.  Angel wing is a term used for several types of begonias.

The houseplant is the one with brown on its leaves.  It is best grown indoors in a place that gets diffused sunlight.

The bright green-leafed variety is often grown outdoors in pots and raised beds.  It can be grown in full sun but in places where the afternoon is especially hot, provide with afternoon shade and keep well watered checking pots every day during the summer.
