1 how can I privent and cure the stress in my orchids

Each type of orchid requires its own unique environment. Some come from higher and cooler elevations. Some come from hot environments.  Some have rest periods, others do not.  Most require intermediate environments (ie indirect light, temperatures 70-85 degrees) and, since they don't naturally grow in pots, pot culture must provide for good air movement to the roots and enough moisture to keep roots, canes and pseudobulbs damp. First step is to identify the name of the orchid and google it to identify its requirements.  If it is a species, a web site "Orchid Species Encyclopedia" by Jay Pfal  provides this information for most species.
