Question

Unknown   I inherited this orchid from a co-worker who didn't know its name.  I have been unable to identify it so far.  Can you help?  Mahalo

It sure is an interesting plant. Without a flower I can't even be sure it is an orchid. I would wait and , if it flowers, take a picture of the flower and send it (or maybe your coworker friend has taken one). There are some features such as a raised leaf mid-rib and apparent, heavily ribbed, maybe four sided pseudobulb-like structure from which the leaf arises. These vegetative structures are not familiar to me.
