full of nitrogene compost

my email had expired before you sent your answer would you mind sending it again to the new address?                 
the media I used for rooting cut stems consists of sand which is in the shore+planetree decomposed leaf+rice bran is it ok?

I don't know of any way to eliminate it other than mixing with purchased potting soil. It's harm depends on what type of houseplants we are talking about.

It will not hurt green plants unless it is way too fresh and therefore too strong. It will make them grow larger and bushier. It will hurt blooming plants in that it will cause growth in the leaves and no blooms. If you fertilize it at all you need to look for a fertilizer in which the potassium and potash are high and the nitrogen is low.
That would probably be a fertilizer for blooming plants. The first number needs to be the lowest, something like 5-20-20. Good luck.
