I recently repotted a Chinese Pepper Bonsai plant. The leaves started turning yellow. What can I do?

Yellow leave are a sign of over or under watering. What type of soil did you use? How often do you water it? How much sun does it get? Bonsai plants need a very porous gravelly gritty soil.  Are you a member of a local bonsai club? There are clubs in many areas that help you learn more about your hobby.
