Thanxs for your time Much appreciated Scotty

Answer
Scott,

It appears to be a young Rubber tree plant. The latin name would be ficus elastica. It is hard to tell the size in a picture. It loves the sun and it needs to be dry for about 3 days between waterings so it should be well watered about once a week but do not allow water to sit in the drain tray. Dump it out about an hour after watering the pant. If you can't pick it up to empty it you should empty it with a turkey baster so the plant is not sitting in a drain tray full of water that will rot the roots. If the pot doesn't have a drain hole and a drain tray you need to repot it immediately into a pot that has a drain hole and a drain tray.  If you have more questions feel free to write again. Good luck.
